AI product description generator
Say what the product is and who buys it. You get a short description, a long one, scannable bullets and the SEO fields, in the tone you pick, ready to paste into a product page.
Your draft. Check every claim against the real product before it goes live.

What you get
One run returns five pieces of a product page: a short description for collection pages and social, a longer one for the product page itself, four or five benefit bullets, an SEO title with its meta description, and the two questions buyers ask before they add to cart. All of it built only from the facts you typed.
How to write the input so the output is usable
- Facts, not adjectives. "80% merino, 250g, made in Portugal" gives the model something to work with. "High quality and comfortable" gives it nothing, and it will hand the emptiness back to you.
- Say who it is not for. The fastest way to sound honest on a product page is to name the person who should buy something else.
- One search phrase, not five. A product page ranks for one thing. Stuffing in synonyms makes the copy worse and does not help.
- Read it out loud before you publish. If a sentence would embarrass you in an email to a customer, cut it.
About AI-written product copy and Google
Google's position is about quality, not about the tool: it acts against scaled, unhelpful content, not against text that happens to have been drafted by a model. A description you edited, that states real specifications and answers real questions, is a description you wrote with help. A thousand pages generated and published untouched is the other thing, and it is the one that gets sites into trouble.
The same applies to the law: whatever the draft says, you are the one making a claim to a buyer. Check sizes, materials, certifications and anything about health, safety or performance before it goes on a page.
How this tool works
- Your text is sent to OpenAI's API, which writes the copy, and the answer comes straight back to this page. We do not store what you type.
- The model is told to use only the facts you give it: no invented materials, sizes, certifications, guarantees or review quotes. Check the output against your product before you publish it.
- It is free because we cap it: a few runs per visitor per hour and a daily limit for the whole site. If you hit a limit, the tool says so instead of failing silently.
Written copy is a draft, not a fact-check. You are responsible for what ends up on your product page.
Questions
Is it really free?
Yes, and there is no account. We cap how many descriptions one visitor can generate per hour so the tool stays free for everyone; if you hit the limit, come back in an hour.
Will Google penalise AI-written descriptions?
Google acts against scaled, unhelpful content, not against the tool that produced the text. Treat the output as a first draft, add the specifics only you know (materials, sizes, who it is not for), and you are writing the description rather than generating filler.
How is this different from Shopify Magic?
Shopify Magic does the same job inside the Shopify admin and is included on every Shopify plan (shopify.com, 16 September 2026). This tool runs before you have a store, so you can write your first ten product pages while you are still deciding whether to open one.
Do you keep what I type?
No. We do not store your product text. We count runs per hour and per day, which is how the tool stays free without running up a bill.
