Terms of use

These terms of use (the "Terms") apply to your use of liveinaiworld.com, go.liveinaiworld.com, our emails, and the articles, videos, calculators, AI tools and spreadsheet templates we provide (together, the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Maor Sasson, trading as LiveInAIWorld, in Israel ("LiveInAIWorld", "we", "us").

By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

LiveInAIWorld publishes independent tests, reviews, comparisons and guides about software, mostly AI app builders and tools for small businesses, together with free calculators, AI-assisted tools and spreadsheet templates. The Site is free to use.

Information only, no professional advice

Everything on the Site is general information, provided for educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, security or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional or client relationship with you. Decisions about which software to buy, how to price your products, what to promise your customers, or how to comply with laws that apply to your business are yours. Where the stakes are material, get advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Accuracy, prices and changes

We test tools on real projects and describe what happened on the date shown. Software, features, plans, prices, limits and affiliate terms change often and without notice to us. We try to keep pages current, but we do not guarantee that any content is accurate, complete or up to date when you read it. Always confirm current prices and terms on the vendor's own website before you buy. If you find an error, tell us at hello@liveinaiworld.com and we will check it.

Results we report (credits used, time spent, costs, what broke) are the results of our specific tests. Your results will differ with your plan, your prompts, your data and the vendor's changes. Nothing on the Site is a promise of any income, saving or business outcome.

Calculators, generators and AI tools

Our calculators, policy generators and AI tools produce estimates and drafts from the information you enter and from assumptions we state on each tool. They may contain errors, may not reflect current vendor fees or the law where you are, and are provided without any warranty. In particular:

• Fee, profit and pricing calculators give estimates. Check real fees in your own accounts before you rely on a number.
• Generated policies and texts (for example a refund policy) are starting points, not legal documents reviewed for your business or jurisdiction. Have them reviewed before you publish them.
• AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to existing content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying anything you publish or send, including product claims, specifications, health or safety statements, and trademarks. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into our tools.

You are solely responsible for how you use any output.

Free spreadsheets and other downloads

Unless a file says otherwise, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our spreadsheet templates and downloads for your own business or personal purposes, and to modify them for that use. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or publish them (modified or not) as a template or product of your own, or claim them as your work. Downloads are provided "as is"; check formulas and results before you rely on them.

Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never decides what we recommend. The details are in our affiliate disclosure.

Third-party websites and products

The Site links to websites, products and services that we do not own or control, including the tools we review. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, pricing, billing, support or performance, and a link is not an endorsement of everything a vendor does. Any purchase or account you open with a vendor is a contract between you and that vendor under its terms. Contact the vendor directly for account, billing or support problems.

Trademarks

Product names, logos and brands mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we discuss. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners, except where we say so explicitly. "LiveInAIWorld" and our logo are our marks.

Our content and how you may use it

The articles, videos, screenshots we made, illustrations, text, design and code of the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, share links to, and briefly quote our content with attribution and a link to the source page. You may not copy, republish, sell or systematically extract substantial parts of the Site, or use our content to build a competing publication or dataset, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site you agree not to:

• break any law or anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers or accounts, or interfere with their security or operation;
• use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens it, or to collect content or data at scale, except for search engines indexing public pages under our robots rules;
• generate fake clicks, sign-ups or conversions, or otherwise manipulate our links, statistics or affiliate programs;
• submit false information, other people's email addresses, spam or malicious code through our forms or tools; or
• use our AI tools to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.

We may block access, remove submissions or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules.

Emails

If you subscribe, you agree to receive the emails described at sign-up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Details are in the privacy policy.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, corrections or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any tool we review will work for you or meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveInAIWorld and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, its content or its tools, or any product or service you buy from a third party, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, and these Terms do not take them away.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveInAIWorld and its owner from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or content you create with our tools and publish or use.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email hello@liveinaiworld.com with: the work you claim is infringed, the exact page and material, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review it promptly and remove material where appropriate.

Changes to the Site and to these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where mandatory law gives them that right. Before starting any proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the privacy policy, cookie policy and affiliate disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the Site.
