Who runs LiveInAIWorld, an independent test lab for AI app builders: our editor, what we test, how we make money and why we only publish real builds.
LiveInAIWorld exists for one kind of reader: the owner of a small service business who needs software (a booking system, a client portal, a CRM, a quote calculator) and does not want to hire a developer or glue together five subscriptions.
AI app builders like Base44 promise you can describe an app and get it. Sometimes that is true. Often the demo works and the real thing breaks at logins, payments or the first hundred records. Vendor blogs will not tell you that. We will.
What we do
- We pick a real business scenario, write down its requirements, and build it in each tool.
- We record the build, log every prompt, credit and dollar spent, and note every failure and how we fixed it.
- We publish the result with our verdict, and we refresh it when pricing or features change.
How we make money
